The cards were created at a Seattle based company. Personal information metallic sticker was purchased at an online company. Because of the amount of surface are being etched a copper card was determined to be the best solution due to the thin nature of the metal.
(Tip: Create a basic branding design for one side of the card. This will eliminate the need for additional setup charges if you decide you'd like to order more cards in the future. Use a sticker to add personal information on the reverse side. Metallic labels work well with this type of design.)
